1. Digital Goods Non-Refundability
Under standard international consumer protocol for virtual utility tokens and software licenses, our digital activation keys directly unlock irrevocable access to our premium infrastructure. Due to the intrinsic nature of these unrecoverable digital keys, all purchases of activation codes on shenjs.top and subscriptions for tr.izlx.de are non-refundable once generated and delivered.
2. Payment Exceptions
SparkCore LLC maintains strict operational integrity. However, we acknowledge
human or systemic errors. A refund may only be evaluated under extremely narrow, verifiable conditions:
- A duplicate transaction recorded inadvertently due to browser or network lag.
- Proven technical failure of the gateway resulting in a failure to deliver the license key within our agreed
SLAs despite the charge clearing successfully.
3. Mitigation & Dispute Policy
For anomalies strictly corresponding to the conditions above, customers are strongly encouraged to contact our operational desk rather than issuing a dispute via their bank. Chargeback disputes generate considerable overhead and, when found invalid via our immutable evidence, will lead to immediate and permanent blacklisting of the offending customer details in Stripe Radar.
4. Notice for Physical Goods (If Applicable)
If physical media forms part of your order, claims for damage or misdeliveries must be formulated within 14 calendar days upon confirmed carrier delivery. All returned items must preserve original seals.
